I do believe this is happening but something is weird in that video.

Why would they be throwing those into the yellow trash cans? They'll need about 10,000 of them before they finish lol. Maybe its just meant to freak people out. The only real reason it could be happening besides intentional destruction is if its contaminated or expired.

Still this is what people have been saying for months, and it fits right in with every other thing happening. at this point when theres smoke we know there is a fire.
