After watching a bunch of videos, in sequence, as part of my research, I am really thinking this guy is part of another controlled release of exotic intel, in the same way this thread and the BEZERK threads were.


In this clip he mentions a list of names which somehow come from the future. Seems to me that the technology from the south African collider facility got fixed and upgraded, and they have, or had, another CHANI entity on the line somewhere.
