Technically the entity named the year 2012 as the end point.
But if it didn’t understand time then this is no different than project looking glasses whiteout. It can’t see what it can’t understand.

My point is that is that entity doesn’t see time the way we do. So I don’t think assigning years helps to understand the information. Better to be fluid. The same as project looking glass. The whiteout. Don’t see it as an ending. More likely just too much information. So maybe it’s not timelines fusing but “turned on” universes. So not exactly simulations, but definitely not natural universes. If multiple not natural universes are merging … both the entity and the whiteout or bump make more sense.
