Who Raised Jesus From The Dead?
Some will say that God did, and they would be right! That is confirmed in many scriptures like Acts 3:15, 4:10, & 13:30.

However, Jesus said He would raise His own body up after three days. This, also, is confirmed in John chapter 2.

John 2:19-21
Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.
Then said the J..5, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days?
But he spake of the temple of his body.

God the Father, God the Son, and the Holy Spirit are ONE.

Jesus also says, in John 10:30, "I and my Father are one."

One (heis) - means 1, the primary number.

There is no debating that Jesus is God the Son.

He that heareth you heareth me; and he that despiseth you despiseth me; and he that despiseth me despiseth him that sent me. Luke 10:16

Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.
Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.
Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father. 1 John 2:22-24

Re: Who Raised Jesus From The Dead?
The Father has given ALL authority to the Son.

.

Not some…

.

Not a little…

.

All…

How marvelous…

.

What one wanted so badly,

Through deception, lies and murder, could not obtain..

.

Was given to the One who is truly worthy..

Through selflessness and humility.

Proving to all of creation.

He is truly worthy.

.

Blessed be The Father of all creation…

He is raising up…

And He is casting down…

Rejoice!

those whom He has raised…

Woe unto those who He has cast down…

Blessed be The Son…

He has taken back the keys of death and hell.

The redeemer of all of creation.

God bless, op.

Odd. First why do you believe this ever happened? I know its in a book adopted from 2nd 3rd hand hearsay tales, but why accept it as true? People have been thought to be dead but weren't. But this requires supernatural events...not just he was dead but flew off into the sky! Lots of stuff mingled in with the dead thing. That should cause your red flags to wave.

It's only odd if you have not been quickened by the Holy Spirit. All of this talk about God, Jesus, Bible, parting of the Red Sea, and various miracles is foolishness to those without the Holy Spirit and to those who will die in their sins.

And I don't say that disrespectfully.

There are many unbelievers who, by the grace of God and in His time, will come to repentance. They are what the Bible calls vessels of mercy prepared unto glory.

If an unbeliever stays an unbeliever until death, they are what the Bible calls vessels of wrath, fitted to destruction.

Vessels of mercy, though deemed to be crazy by the world, are truly and eternally grateful to the Almighty God of the Universe for giving us spiritual life and life eternal through belief in His Son, Jesus Christ; for having unmerited mercy on our souls.

I truly hope that you have been given ears to hear and eyes to see and that one day you might fall to your knees in repentance and seek forgiveness for your sins.

Those sins can include anything from lying (even small lies) to, hating another person, to lusting after your neighbor's spouse. The Lord's will be done.

Truth

.

And what has a man done to earn such favor?

What could a man do to contribute to the Plan?

He asks of us simple things..

Repent…

and believe..

But a man is not able to come to repentance..

without the active work of the Holy Spirit..

Marvelous…

It is All Gods doing…

Praise to Him alone!
