Iran runs the world and has won the civil war between Shia and Sunni with Shia the victors showing strength in unity the Sunni were too weak individually within their separate factions and lost due to cohesive and extensive intelligence sharing within the Iranian guard and the rest of Shia.

Not sure about more relaxed, Iran is considered probably the second most fundamentalist and extreme Muslim country after Saudi Arabia.

I suppose you could say there are more relaxed forms of Islam within Shia, such as Sufism, but they aren't the norm.

I should also add that we had or have fighters on our border with Mexico which never happens.
