Have not seen it at my local grocer lately.

How’s there a shortage of chili peppers? Literally the easiest veg to grow with almost no pests that destroy it

I have noticed a lack of alot of different types of hot sauces (empty shelves) in the grocery store lately.

It has definitely been hit or miss where I am pretty much since covid started. I grab one whenever I do see one, because I go through a bottle pretty fast.

One of my favorite cheap quick snacks is a beef top ramen packet prepared as directed with the included seasoning packet and 2 cups of water, with an additional 1/2tsp of cayenne pepper as well as a 4 mississippi long squirt of sriracha. Eat the noodles and then drink the leftover spicy beefy salty liquid. Nice and spicy without any leftover burning on the tongue when finished.

I have noticed this the last month. And this is not one off stuff but every time I go. Certain stuff is still wiped out. Peanut butter and bread are two of them - doesn't get more basic than that.

Just waiting for them to start backfilling the PB with cricket butter and the bread with cricket crisps.
