What games do you play on your phone? Or should I remove all my games? Is it a stupid time waster?

I deleted all the games the phone came with and there's only 2 remaining. I kinda got hooked on a word game but I reached top leaderboard and then it removed the access to the leaderboard for days and then I was all the way at the bottom of a new leaderboard.

In 15 min I propel myself to #4 and then #2 and I'm about to take over the top again, when out of the blue 2 accounts that weren't anywhere showed up with more than double my points. That's fake. I found a review for the game that said the same.

what games do you play on your phone?

I like the Defender-like game but I won't sign up with Google to access G-Play & download it.

Should I just delete both of them? (The other is like Tetris.)

Is it stupid to play games? Do only play them? Some say it helps the brain & prevents dementia by 4% or the like.
