Most women have 1 or more kids. I love kids, but Im not raising someones else's family. Number 2 is I dont make enough money to make them happy. In my experience men deal with being alone far better than women. They find other things to make their time on earth fulfilling. I have a lot of 50+ male bachelor friends, all happy and satisfied. The 50+ single Women I know .. not so much.

To attract a female a man need only offer security and a safe haven in which to raise children. Not all women want that, but the ones who don't probably are the ones you don't want around you anyway. (What did they say about Values mismatch? ) Besides such women are easier and cheaper to simply hire by the hour.

Nah, don't give up mate. Not all women are like that ( I am not disputing that MOST are.) You can find a woman with no kids, who can be a faithful partner ( going on 25 years myself) but you can't look in a Blue area, and start going to local churches to see who you can meet.. Its a needle in a haystack, so you may decide its not going to be worth your time, but its not impossible if its something you want.
