OP, see my first impression on page one. Now this is another observation: It seems "Anne" was cremated immediately after the donor parts were removed.The family seemed aloof and kinda "prepared" for this...suppose real Anne told them she had a plan to escape a hit she found out about. She could tell the Stand-in-clone to come see her, and switch places with her and as this person go into witness protection of a sort.
Well suppose real "Anne" had an argument with clone-Anne who sensed something fishy so the clone was drugged and put in the front of the car and real Anne headed right to her clone-house dressed in her coat with a hat on and jumped in the back of the car in a seat belt, split second in time to avoid serious injury an to throw a match on a bunch of highly flammable stuff all over the front, pop out a door in the confusion,no one would notice her and in an interview her voice would just sound the same also.

The clone, having caught on resists the paramedics who think she needs to be sedated, the parents agree to radical treatments and the people who had the hit out thinking its real Anne see their big chance to keep her in a heavy coma.

Now she has some untraceable clean money which will go to the parents who inheirat her estate and they will forward it discretely.
Just a thought on how this could have gone down.
