But There were girls watching, so I had to showoff lol Won my oldest son a giant dog in the ring toss onto bottle tops. Won the youngest son a gorilla bigger than he was, and barely fit into the back of the car lol...The next day I won the gorilla huge banana. I have an attic full of them! Members of the military complained en mass about people not dropping after four hits with these rounds. I did some research on this online. That said, 223/556 has its advantages (obviously). The 300 blackout slug is significantly larger than the 556, which leads me to believe it could be more lethal. They had hundreds of them cheap too. They usually showed up in the grocery stores around the holidays. They may have changed since all the old granny’s who used fresh coconut to bake are dead now. Anyway, shake it hard and make sure you can hear liquid inside or it’s a bad one. Surround yourself with people who get it. |

After one unsuccessful design, my fault, we have achieved a successful shot with a 9mm tipped crossbow bolt. The power of this crossbow is crazy, 225 lb draw weight, and 350 fps, it has enough guts to push a light 9mm with ease, and I hit the target well, just look and see...  :9mm bb 2:   WE will be doing several sets with the crossbow in the coming days... I didn't wear hearing protection, because it's just a 9mm and not exploding in my ears, but I heard the loud POP of the round, and I have yet to find the shell or brass bullet. It even bent and destroyed the field tip I used as the firing pin! Next we'll see if it will explode a water jug...I want to work up to a shotgun shell tipped bolt, and a 7.62 x 54 exploding bolt!! We sold it when all my kids were grown and moved out, and dad was 80 and couldn't take care of it anymore...But we had a lot of years of FUN! Even butt sex? The results are as follows: :golf cup 1:     The bullets pass right through a golf ball, with minimum damage, until I use an expanding round, such as the 30-30. :bullets 1: Look at the fully expanded round of the 30-30 copper jacket, while the lead passes on through... Many will say the 30-30 is underpowered, but they are not considering the deadly force of impact and expansion...150 yards is the accuracy range...1.5 football fields, soccer field is 120 yards.
