Narcissist's are incapable of "true help". In their eyes they are perfect. Living in a disillusioned existence, where the world revolves around them, and think their life is more important than it really is. Impossible to convince them otherwise. Sounds sad, you should forgive them if they can't help it. Like a drug addict that tries to get that one last great high, but overdoses and dies...Sad, eh? The delusions can be treated but most mentally ill won’t stick to treatment plans. They don’t like not feeling their normal self and cant handle therapy sessions that addresses their true behaviors. They try to snow the therapist but they are truly transparent. They will deny deny deny that anything is their wrongdoing and claim everything was a misunderstanding Sounds awful. Good luck!
