We know Trump declassified all the documents before he left office. DNI Ratcliff and Kash Patel have stated this.

According to the Constitution and the presidential election laws and requirements only(!) these two are required:

1. Be a natural-born US citizen.
2. Be over the age 35.

That is it - period. A convicted felon from the prison CAN run for POTUS - legally.
They can jail Trump, but he can STILL run and be nominated and be on the ballot.

What CAN be done is an impeachment process by the House and the Senate after(!) he is put into office.
