No matter how bad things get, be happy and grateful that you were born and alive in this generation and not in the 1300s-1500s!

I hear alot of crying and whining about ppl losing their homes, their jobs, getting vaids, getting divorced grape, etc...

If you just relax and focus on the moment for 10 minutes, you would be happy and grateful for the things you do have.

It could be way worse, you could have been born in the 1300s-1500s in a time when there was no plumbing, hot showers, convienence, slaving 12 hours a day outside, things are not that bad. Stop crying!

Did you take the vax? No you didnt, so shut up and be grateful!
