cut back your phosphates in your diet.. which come from dairy and other sources. its cause is high phosphate levels.

Hope it's not, but check for Lyme too...

Kris Kristofferson was initially told he had fibromyalgia. As his symptoms worsened over the next 12 years, however, Kristofferson was eventually diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, until he was later found to actually have late-stage Lyme disease.

Re: Fibromyalgia anyone?
Yes. I got diagnosed with it. I had three flare-ups and none of the medicines worked at all.

I finally tried a homeopathic remedy (becuase I've had good luck with homeopathy before) and it worked amazingly well.

I've only had a couple other flare ups since then, but whenever I feel a flare-up, I take Bryonia 30c (3 to 4 pellets on the tongue) as soon as the symptoms start. Sometimes I might need 2-3 doses, but the flare up goes away instantly!

Just google 'Homeopathy for fibromyalgia" and you'll get a list of 10 or so remedies. Pick the one that fits you the most.

For me, it was boronia, because with bryonia, the hallmark symptoms is that you can only just lay on the ground, and can't stand to move or be touched...and that was the symptoms I had. If I moved, I was in excruciating pain.

Anyway, try homopathy. For me, it was a miracle.

I have had it since 2008 and I don’t wish it on anyone at all! It sucks and you never know what symptoms you will have from day to day. I am on cymbalta - it has helped some.

I have some evidence that Fibroomyalgia is caused by a selenium deficiency. In the pre-covid era, it was a cause of athletes dying suddenly as well. Try getting a selenium supplement powder and take it for a month and see how you feel then.

Cut sugar from your diet, drink 2-3L of water a day, and use warm compresses and a blow dryer for relief. Gentle heat seems to be the quickest relief for myself and others I know

Magnesium Glycinate & L-Theanine - 500mg. Three times a day for a month and guarantee you'll feel better. Most people are deficient and stressed out to high heaven. Try it!

Women who get diagnosed in their 40’s, should focus on hormones. Eat almonds to up and level out your estrogen. As your estrogen dips, you get muscle pain. Use wild yam cream for progesterone. It’s not instantaneous, you can’t give up after eating almonds for a week. Your energy will return.

Low thyroid can also cause it. I’m not a doctor. Above is my opinion only.

Look into studies with CBD and fibromyalgia

Try 500mg of CBD Distillate Broad Spectrum in a size 00 capsule

If it gives you relief try 1000mg next

And if you still need more relief look into CBDA Powder its even more stronger then CBD

Many, many FM people swear by cold therapy.

Swimming or showering in cold water
for 20 minutes plus per day.

It stimulates a proper immune system response,
instead of the autoimmune process destruction
you are currently experiencing.

Sounds weird, but it seems to work.

Comment under video ~

.
Of the handful of videos on YouTube
I checked out... I found this
to be by-far the most comprehensive
and detailed WRT educating people
on how exactly to do this.

Went out and picked up a tub
shortly after watching this,
found a cheap $3 thermometer on Amazon,
and just dunked in the coldest water
I could get today!
Leaving it outside overnight
in the cool temperatures (about 0 Celsius)
as advised in this video.
Thanks for this!

Re: Fibromyalgia anyone?
I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia
and with chronic fatigue syndrome.

Then I got COVID and took ivermectin.

All my symptoms from the fibromyalgia
and chronic fatigue are gone
and have been gone for almost a year.

I suffered for almost ten years
with pain, inflammation and exhaustion.

If it ever even seems close to coming back,
I’m taking the ivermectin again.

I also take Vitamin D with Vitamin K
(aides in absorption)
and magnesium glycinate.
Because I have chronic low vitamin D otherwise.
