I contacted a friend today who lives in Rosarito. She purchased a condo down there, and now runs her business from the Internet. She lived in San Diego, but, it is exorbitantly expensive here, very costly to own property.

I asked her if she was OK and she said that nothing much was going on, she went out to play pickle ball and go to lunch without any incident. She has a Mexican boyfriend now, a really nice guy that she sees. She felt like it was just a few vehicles set on fire here and there.
