Report Copyright Violation | Unbelievable: PA. Mass casualty event during a fundraiser for Nescopeck Fire. A car ran into a crowd of people. This happened during a fundraiser event for the Nescopeck fire, that took ten lives. Including seven adults, and three children. At least one person confirmed dead. At least 15 injuries with multiple in trauma arrest. A two year old and a three year old are being reported to being Life Fighted. Geisinger Medical Center has been moved to CODE BLACK (all staff cannot leave) for the mass casualty incident in Berwick. The driver then proceeded to attack another motorist with a hammer.
