Also id suggest skipping breakfast then eat lunch around 12pm and dinner at 7pm then fast until your next meal at lunch time the following day. Ive been doing it for about a year now plus walking too/from work. I'm in the best shape of my life at 35. You'll drop the pounds easy just stick with it!!! |

Cutting out the food additives deemed as "generally recognized as safe". We don't even know what half this stuff does, but we do know a lot of them interfere with hepatic function and end up promoting lipogenesis. 2. Learn about glycemic index and glycemic load. In essence, this is how fast a food turns into blood sugar and how much sugar load is in that food, respectively. Learn to time high glycemic meals to times following bouts of high intensity activity. The rest of the time should be low GI foods. The magic rule for all health and weight loss is to eat foods your great grandparents would recognize as food. All bars, powders, shakes, etc banned. You're gonna have to get intimate with the produce section and even better is to start a garden. You'll burn calories and enjoy it plus you really can't go wrong with anything you can grow yourself. |
