There are only 195,000 registered Republican voters in Wyoming. If 90% vote , then that would be a turn out of about 175,000 voters. Besides Hageman and Cheney, there are 3 others running for the same Congressional seat. If Hageman can get 90,000 votes, she will win---if the counting is done fairly. Probably less than a 50% turnout will occur, so some voter cheating could sway the election and be difficult to detect.
