Sometimes its 40cents a gallon sometimes its 1.05 a gllon off. That adds up very very fast when you put 150 gallons or more at a time. Fuel is expensive enough without having to pay the price on the sign. The parr im worried about more is that if the were hacked then they could have accessed the fuel accouts of a large percentage of the truckers and fleet drivers. I add abou 1500$ a week on mine and i usually only run about 2k miles a week at most. |

I have never got $1.00 off a gallon yet but the Shell station by me is pretty much ways $0.39 a gallon off. For a free app in the Android store how can you go wrong? They mail you a free fleet card and you pay using the card (on WEX network). They deduct the difference between the discounted price and the pump price and only draft your checking account for the discounted amount. I have been using it now for 2 years and love it. Most if the fleet card companies require a bond of several thousand dollars per unit. This is in case the owner skips out after business failure, or in the case of the number companies(or their new counterparts those bland groups like Apple trucking, or bridge transport) where they don't do maintenance, don't pay bills and skip town after 6 months. |
