You do realize that you can get both "Hops" and yeast without purchasing them, right? Hops are harvested, yeast can easily be made at home or you can use a starter...You really don't need very many plants for personal use...I included a link with easy to follow instructions below...Easy enough when you have no other options and want to enjoy a beer...However, vodka would be much easier ....And before you ask, I would grow my own potatoes sweetheart!

Alcohol is dirt cheep and basically makes itself. In these parts fruit trees and grain are plentiful and every other barn or shop has a still in it. Even if the whole world collapsed folks would still be getting drunk. Growing their own tobacco and weed as well. Many already do.
