A ULA rain kilt. A zpacks would be too expensive. You can choose an ultralight rain jacket to match kilt. When I were going to buy an ultralight rain jacket. There were a jacket with shoulder patches for rucksack durabilty. Not sure if you need a backpack. Not sure how good ultralight fabrics are regarding this.
