I don't know why I hadn't gotten it before, but fighting a sinus infection and wanted to avoid antibiotics. I tried to find information on line about dosage. The bottle says 600mg a day, but that seems slow to work. The very few things I did find say the same. Is it safe to take a higher dosage for a day or two or how long? Sorry to sound like asking dumb questions, but it seems a lot of info was scrubbed, but at least it isn't banned and we can still purchase it. Thanks in advance! Are you sure you don’t mean 600? 60 is nothing. I took 100mg a day before bed for over a year during covid. Any sniffles went away. Quit cold Turkey this past spring cuz summer is here.

It's supposed to be good for anxiety and OCD. They also say it's good for lungs, which is what started me taking it re covid. Amazon stopped carrying it (gee, during covid too). But other places online like Swanson, iHerb, etc., still have it.
