Yes, I think Russia needs to hit Kiev and Zelinski hard immediately. They have had months to prepare for something like this. Time to take the gloves off. Hit their power grid, water and sewer systems, roads, bridges. And start a massive tank movement rolling in that direction.

Russia has a railroad line from Russia to Crimea. That is the only land bridge I can find. That can be taken out every day.

If the bridge goes, Crimea is cut off. It will be hard to defend and, as time goes by, it will be impossible

I don't think that steath bombing is mecessary, they had o long time to prepare this, on lanf that they know quite well.
Problem with your second point is that Crimea is virtually open land for intrusion, Russia would need 10 times the manpower they have there for effective surveillance.
