I think at some point people started expecting perfection from everyone but themselves.

Are you saying God is capable of imperfection?

How else do you measure perfection by any other means than imperfection?

All you have to do is have faith and you're absolved from all these wrong doings.

It's not that these things will end but we're free of incrimination.

People can still can say you are homophobic, racist, judgmental, belittling or bigoted, and they may be right about it. The only good thing That you must know, is, that, forgivness is for everybody,as long as you are still alive , so there is allways a chance you maybe forgiving if you repent and if you ask for forgivness to God. There is no forgivness if you dont acept your sins,your wrong doings, repent, and dont ask for forgiveness to God.
