I am pleasantly surprised to read this thread today.

Thank you Flash and all who have taken the time to reply, even those who have replied with attacks. The housing market is becoming tight and the free rent they are providing me with is a blessing for which I thank them.

It's not congestive heart failure, instead a 95% coronary arterial blockage; I may have been weeks from death. It was corrected through surgery and arterial stents. All other males in my family have died at age forty. I have made it to my sixties, God surely has other plans for this life.

The issue that has most affected me is the damaging effect of statin medications for cholesterol. They left me incontinent and unable to walk. The statins were replaced with an injectable non statin, Repatha, which while bringing my LDL cholesterol down from 57 to 3 had other effects. Unfortunately, it also made me unable to walk or drive a vehicle behind muscle spasms or musculature issues preventing use of my legs. Just try walking to the bathroom when you pee yourself seconds after standing--not fun at all!

As for my 'evil' wife; I forgive her and am being more understanding and forgiving than ever in our marriage. She hasn't done well behind our move to a new home in King William County, VA and has taken it out on me. Yes, I was and remain quite disappointed in how she has treated me, but with forgiveness and greater understanding is how we should respond to the attacks of loved ones.

Interesting reply about my wife and my cats, she wants for nothing. She quit a $54K / year job because the new boss was abusive towards her. I now pay for her truck, phone, and all hobby and craft needs. She is quite talented at creating chain mail, 'anyone know a Knight that needs new mail?

My kitties receive the best care and were just to the vet this week for their quarterly tune-up and exam. One has an allergy, but he is now much better behind proper condition management. Both are fleas treated as despite being inside only cats, they somehow have become flea afflicted.

The man is having heart issues and the doctors don't seem to be able to get it right. I hope he doesn't mind me posting about his biz but he isn't one to fish for sympathy. Good man in need of all the positive vibes and prayers we can send his way. I know he'll get mine.
