28 and half minutes roughly: Trump hearing in real time, Viva watched. magistrate not a judge, someone appointed by a judge who should not have ever signed that search warrant but deferred it to higher levels.

The prosecution has been given a week timeline to put in a redacted warrant.

So Barnes says that the Magistrate is going to cover for himself he believes, and that he should have disqualified himself before he ever issued a warrant. And again after the warrant.

He shouldn't be on the case of asking for any evidence supporting the warrant.

He confirmed the affidavit was the reason he gave the warrant.

There is a direct conflict of interest between Trump and himself.


He disqualified himself previously over his conflict of interest with President Trump. His overt political hostility, coverup Lois Learner IRS scandal wasn't that about the tea party and their targeting patriots.

Then at roughly 32 min Barnes says there was no legal basis in his knowledge, for the warrant at all.

He says the crux is that these either are presidential records, or they say they're classified or a mixture of both presidential AND classified.

He names the Judge Amy Berman Jackson that basically set the precedent for Bill Clinton to keep what he took after he left office.

Judicial Watch was denied access to the papers. Though she apparently has kangaroo courts she is right on the law.

The Presidential's Record Act: this act is not about controlling the President but applies to those other than the President having access to records.


The classification rules are exactly the same. The purpose is not to govern the President, but everyone else.


A President Can Decide What Is a Personal Record or a Presidential Record.

Not even a reviewable thing. Exclusively in the right of the President.


A President can declare any record personal records.



And the President is the one who determines what is classified and it can't be overturned even by Congress.

Yes very much so. If my health was better then all of his information on court cases and effective legal training in sense, I'd be right on it. But I spend my time doing constant short meditations trying to get my spirit to help heal me, just to function in the house and want to get the greenhouses going.

They're trying to make it a legal ruling that the Deep State Governs. Not elected representatives. They're trying to make "experts" rule not the people.
