Gender dysphoria is a medical condition caused by too much stress in the pregnant mother generating too much testosterone that can masculinize the brain of a female fetus, making her feel that she is male a few years after she is born, or too much estrogen, which can feminize the brain of a male fetus, making him feel that he is female a few years after his birth.

Gender dysphoria is NOT a choice or due to mental illness. How can it be when small children far too young to be able to choose or to become mentally disturbed have been known to dislike their bodies to the extent of having operations to remove/add body parts?

The problem is, too many people are being diagnosed with it by eager-to-please psychologists. Most are just men who get off dressing up as women (transvestites) but who hide their clothing fetish by claiming to be trans because this is more politically correct and acceptable to the LGBT..... community and to the world at large. That's why many feminists and gays/lesbians reject them as poseurs.
