The easiest way to do that would be to destroy (not temporarily disable, but actually destroy) Ukrainian power grid. We're so accustomed to having electricity that we fail to realize that without it, the whole modern society collapses in just a week or two. No electricity = no food, and no drinking water. That shit could actually surpass in scope the CIA's shoveling of millions of Syrian refugees to Europe, back in the EU refugee crisis of 2015. What's the population of Ukraine once again? Imagine all of them packing their bags, and flooding the EU. What a complete shitshow that would be... and a brilliantly learned lesson right from the CIA's playbook. If you want to defeat a bunch of (CIA) psychopaths, you simply have to do to them what they do to you.
