I think this will somehow end up a violation of the fair housing act or another depending on how someone chooses to go about fighting this. This is ridiculous and will not be enforceable. Not to mention, if a landlord makes the $, why would they care? If the landlord allows it are THEY breaking laws? I think whatever part of KC this is in is about to have an “issue” with the people making up the laws as the fly by the seat of their pants, or better yet, etch a sketch a law as they ride the swing under the seat of their pants.

It appears, renters drive down neighborhoods values. Many renters only rent property so usually do not keep up maintenance and have more problems. My parents neighborhood is definitely different than when growing up, because of all the house renters. Just last year, heard first gunshot shot in afternoon a few blocks away from parents house.
