"Hitchhiker Effect" meaning that anomalous events seem to follow those who experience them and spread throughout others who are exposed... like a disease.

Interesting way of thinking about it and perhaps not wrong. Maybe there is a quality or energy attached to the "phenomena" and it spreads through this reality via exposure.

Maybe there really is something to the notion that another reality is trying to invade our realm through some form of exposure.

The jabs are probably nanotechnology, but again, there is no absolute confirmation of this. All we can say is that independent labs in Spain, Brazil, and Columbia have obtained photographic evidence of self-assembling structures in the dried formula and animate objects that resemble aquatic hydra species. No one (that we know of) has isolated the speculative "hydra" and run further tests to determine the nature of the anomalies. We do have GC-mass spectrometry showing the presence of graphene derivatives, but that's just one point of data.

With the evidence I am aware of, it seems more likely that the jabs are a form of gene therapy intended to weaken the immune system and promote soft tissue cancers, not turn people into zombies, or install a "kill switch" in their bodies. Until we have more hard evidence, that remains a speculation. Besides, they don't need to inject you to make you a zombie - they have electromagnetic brainwave hacking at their disposal.
