I am 5'2 also, barely. I have to wear kids shoes (size 4) I wear a size 3.5 ring that I have to special order because no one will resize that small. I got up to 135 after my second baby and was at the higher end of the overweight scale by the bmi calculator for a small frame. My OB at the 6 week follow up told me I was actually now at a healthy weight???? For being small, I carry weight horrible and I looked like a beached whale. I was dumbfounded when he told me that, like seriously these fat rolls are not healthy...It took me 6 months, but I got back to 110 and have maintained that...If you look at the BMI calculators now, most don't account for frame and say 135 is a normal weight for everyone that is 5'2...

Fat women are not sexually attractive for men which means less couples and less children. Soft depopulation. Same reason they feminize men, to make them less sexual for women.

I am not trying to "normalize" being over weight ... I agree it is unattractive to most people ... but it doesn't mean that you are stupid, or unhealthy ... it means your metabolism has been altered - your body can not "digest" genetically modified food (by design)

if you ARE - what you eat - then you have, evidently, become a genetically modified organism - which is painfully OBVIOUS even to a casual observer ... and almost impossible to correct

in most cases, the body CRAVES more food, when it is NOT getting the nutrients from the food you are feeding it

as for "not getting exercise" - considering that an overweight person has to bench press a hundred pounds to get out of bed, and drag that extra weight around with them all day - fat people are probably the most exercised people on the planet ... they may not be fast - but they are extremely sTRONG
