skinny is easy when you are starving

btw keep in mind this rule I came to after years of voluntary or involuntary starvation.

no matter what assure you get enough good fats, decent ammount of proteins, minimum carbs...and ALWAYS high minerals/hydration balance. Even if you are starving if you keep your hydration and ph correct you will be okay.

that would be cod liver oil, coconut oil, eggs, if you can butter, and meat of grass feed animals. olive oil and some avocado oil is okay.

never turn to extremely low carbs diets. You can stay well in ketosys by adding few grams of carbs around the day. If you exceed this your body will then react bad to carbs and turn them into fat so if it happens that you cannot find food and carbs as usual are the most ready available and cheap you will get fat and still unable to get energy out of them. Slow carbs/resistant starches are the best.

never ever go extremely low in proteins. You can damage yourehole body starting by your skeletal muscles and organs.

always include minimum fresh leafy greens/vegetable, fortunately stuff you can grow yourself.

as soon as you stop eating them and you eat only dead food like the rice/beans diets you will feel like shit.
