It's insidious, historical-revisionist propaganda trash masquerading as benign fantasy.

People bitch about the ending but I thought the battle at winterfell with the whitewalkers was an amazingly well done. Everything else was kinda shitty. The hound's ending sucked. Khaleesi's army just leaving, yeah right. The entire show was about reality and not being satisfying like fiction. The last episode they shit all over that with very unrealistic conclusions.

I couldn't get past the first couple of episodes. It was too much like a soap opera for my tastes.

I wanted to, and still would like to watch it, but I heard it's very sexually charged. As an incel, that would cause much grief and anxiety to my psyche. Otherwise, I love the style of fantasy I assume it resembles.

Yeah OP i just finally watched it last December. I really liked it a lot. I would do the same as you and binge like 3 to 4 episodes per night. The cliffhangers just keep you wanting to see the next episode. I personally like TheHound as my favorite character, along with Tormund the big ginger wildling, hes funny when hes around Brienne.

I do however agree the ending is horse shit, but the journey itself was more than worth it. Theres some really good stuff coming up for you in season 7. I gotta stop replying now though because i'll end up spoiling something probably haha

PS: Sansa is hott as f**k when she goes full on dominatrix costume. You'll know it when you see it haha

Had a random conversation with a few neighbors yesterday who have read all of the books, and it sounds like anyone who read the books was very disappointed with the last season and especially the ending, because that was all made up for the show. George RR Martin hasn’t even written an ending to it yet.
