I don't do business with Starbucks but this is a very easy fix. Go to Starbucks every day and make a big order. When they refuse cash just refuse the order. If a dozen people do this at each Starbucks every day for a while they will lose enough money to make them see the light.

There's no federal law that requires that cash be accepted. Some cities and a few states have made it a law, but in most places, it's legal to not accept cash
