I could just as easily suggest I could take any NASA footage, crop out the Astronaut, and imbed it with a greenscreen actor, to achieve this footage.

But why stop there? the background could be totally created as CGI, and she could just be an AI fake computer generated character.

Could be leaked by NASA as bait to catch people "believing" it is evidence of faking ISS to then try to make those who question NASA look bad/dumb.

People are already posting it on Karen Nyberg's Twitter so NASA or Karen may even respond.

If someone can find any official ISS footage which was released that matches this that would be quite damning, shy of that I would imagine this remains in the land of speculation, with people on either side of the aisle making bold claims and angry accusations.
