Re: Stress alone might take me damn... Now I've got some mysterious rash
I am the poster that said to ditch dairy and gave an article above.

I just remembered something to add.

If you have indigestion/acid reflux at all, then it could be causing the choking sensations etc

They are saying that ASTHMA, yes asthma is coming from acid reflux.

I guess the stomach acid goes to the esophagus while sleeping and eventually seeps into the lungs causing the throat pain, choking and even not being able to breathe.

Digestive enzymes or avoiding food after 6 pm may help. Maybe even apple cider vinegar cleanse or with the meals to digest food better.

Here's an article on it. [link to www.knowyourasthma.com (secure)]

You need to drain your lymph nodes every day. It only takes a few minutes a day and it really helps.

Mix equal parts of vinegar and honey

Drink a teaspoon daily

It's called Oxymel
 Quoting: Anonymous 77995914

Wow! Thank you for sharing. I just researched this an seems like an incredible elixir that can be used for many symptoms as well as a preventative. This might also help vaxx/viral shedding damage.

It is used for

Lowering blood cholesterol level
Being good for liver and digestion
Treating digestive system problems
Treating bloating
Being good for treating asthma
Cleansing fatty liver in people
Quenching thirst in hot seasons of the year
Being a good vascular opener

[link to www.mipottery.com (secure)]

"Oxymel greatly aids in the expectoration of excess phlegm from the lungs and respiratory tract, opens the airways, and makes breathing easier...

Dr. D. C. Jarvis authored a bestselling book in 1958 called Folk Medicine in which he touted honey and apple cider vinegar as a panacea or cure-all. He used this ancient Oxymel preparation to treat arthritis, gout, high cholesterol, as a metabolic stimulant to promote weight loss, and for longevity and life extension."

[link to www.greekmedicine.net]

And adding garlic to oxymel may make it a clot shot treatment:

"Garlic supports cardiovascular health and can reduce blood pressure. It is also known to prevent blood clots and keeps arteries supple.

Garlic is a prebiotic, which makes it desirable for gut health by stimulating growth and providing balance of healthy bacteria."

Re: Stress alone might take me damn... Now I've got some mysterious rash
25“Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? 26Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? 27Which of you by worrying can add one [j]cubit to his [k]stature?

28“So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; 29and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not [l]arrayed like one of these. 30Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?

31“Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. 33But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. 34Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

Some things that may help:

Swollen Lymph generally means your body is fighting some type of undiagnosed infection. Rash is the last organ that the body is using to help detox what's going on internally. Could be your teeth creating the problem. Be sure to floss and use mouth wash.

Just boost the immune system.

Alkalize the body to get it back into a healthy state.

Drink water with a slice of lemon in it or colloidal silver throughout the day, everyday. 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in warm water before going to bed.

NO SUGAR - feeds the bad stuff including cancer.

Colloidal silver and Ivermectin kill virus, bacteria and fungi, something antibiotics do not do

If you want to live healthy, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, stay away from red meat, soda, fast food etc. Detox your body with chlorella (from Taiwan or Korea); best heavy metal cleanser. Take herbs for your liver and eat yoghurt or take probiotics.

Take fiber twice a day, morning and evening to clean out the intestines moving toxins out of the body... be sure to drink lots of water. You can get the fiber from Amazon.

Colloidal silver; Turmeric; Bob Beck's protocol..

Your condition should improve just by following these guidelines.
The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it, ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is.
Winston Churchill

Weird symptoms...

Unexplainable horrible body odor last few days

Severe fatigue lethargy depression

Lymphnodes dying (calcifying, happening for a while)

Stinging rash all over body, not localized. Even on palms, bottom of feet, in mouth

Chest pain and discomfort, slight shortness of breath

Itchy eyes and throat

Neck up and down hurt like hell

These aren't pustules or open wounds but they sting like fire ant bites.

Noticed it this morning.

Tea Tree oil, Manuka honey, Oregano oil (latter internal/external) for numbing/antiviral/antibiotic.

I use dilute Tea Tree for eye infections.

I have a mysterious condition as well that the doctors have no idea what it is.

I have areas on my skin that FEEL like road rash. I break out...I think due to stress and I can have them in small or large patches and sometimes more than one at a time. For example right now I have a large swath on the front of my upper leg.

I communicated with Grumpier here years ago and all he said was shingles. But, with no actual physical symptoms the doctors look at you like you're making it up.

The road rash is barely noticeable as long as nothing is touching the skin. The lighter the touch (from touching or clothing) the more painful it is.

I wish you well and would appreciate you and others sending me Love & Light healing.

Get tested for syphilis. Then get a penicillin shot. Shit is rampant right now and can take several months for symptoms to appear. If you don't take care of it, you'll have some serious long term, fatal health issues.

If you want healing avoid dairy like it is poison, because today's dairy basically is.

I was almost paralyzed in my leg and then stopped dairy, I had some weird inflammation caused by dairy and I am not alone.

Many people online are finding relief from rashes to joint pain with no dairy. Atleast stop milk, cream and raw cheese in the beginning but I would stop it all. Look up youtubes etc on dairy inflammation ,rashes

Here is an article on dairy and inflammation, causing rashes, joint pain etc. [link to www.parsleyhealth.com (secure)]

This.

Something is up with dairy. My eczema is flaring up and I attribute it to eating cheese that I haven't ate in a long time. I love cheese. Eat organic if you must.

Shame because dairy in moderation is good for us, like yogurt, eggs, and butter.

So my timing belt slipped on my car the other day... Car needs some serious work I'm willing to put in... But it's going to be tough and expensive.

Then I got really sick again.

My lymphnodes are so bad in my neck and groin that it feels like I'm being choked and I get pain in my testes occasionally.

Today I wake up and there's painful rash all over my body and in my mouth. Went and got tested for a few things and it's just "mysterious" to them... But with all the pain and the lymphnodes that they deemed "chronic" today, she was super adamant about getting really good blood work.

There's just so damn much on my plate I'm spinning.

I'm not nor do I plan ever being vaxxed.

I'm not homo so it's not moneypox, and haven't had sex so it isn't an std.

I've posted about my lymphnodes here before.

What. The. Hell...

Any prayers are more than appreciated.

The stress lately is making me feel pretty bipolar. I either get really low or I feel a bit manic.

Just not sure what to do with all these things stacking up, on top of the external things like inflation and shit.

Like damn this year has been the hardest year in my adult life no joke.

The pain and choking sensations in my neck make me want to just end it some days not gonna lie... Just being brutally honest.

Wonder if it is the vaccines they are giving them? They had a campaign for the covid vax where they said "vax to the max"

Now they are making them give the cows vaccines for lumpy skin disease.

Just exactly how many vaccines do we get through the dairy cows??

Studies show the covid vaccine is passed through breastmilk.....why would cows be different?

Something to think about now and days for sure!!

First off, I’m so sorry you’re going through this right now!
Remember to prioritize. You can’t do everything at once and I think if you are financially able you should have someone else fix the car. If you aren’t physically well you can’t take care of anyone else. Work on letting go of things that you have no control over. Stress really can make a medical condition worse. Sometimes medical conditions don’t surface until we are under a lot of stress.
Your body is fighting something. A virus, a toxin, bacteria, fungus, etc. you may be having an Autoimmune reaction. Until you narrow it down with tests, you need as much sleep as possible. You’re body only really repair’s itself during good sleep. That should be a priority. Think about any possible exposure you could have had to anything. Water, food, chemicals, vaccinated people, maybe a process of elimination will help. You sound like you’re at your wits end with stress. Sleep at least 8 hrs, practice letting go of stress. Shower more frequently, your body is ridding itself of something so try to help it by showering often. If I come up with any ideas I’ll post them.
Best wishes to you!

Walking for 30min straight will drain your lymphatic system. That's a fact. Not sure if you can do that but if you can, I'd try it. Walking for 30 minutes daily will alleviate loads of stress too....especially in the morning when we all get that cortisol spike. I know because I do it every morning.

Wishing you the best tho in whatever you choose to do!

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 83283176

I am extremely active, walking pretty much all day every day, going up and down ladders and carrying them around and setting them up. I carry lots of equipment.

I work out with my Bowflex and take my dog out on lots of walks. He's actually got into better shape too.

I'm 30 and very very active.

I planned this month to do nearly 20 miles in high altitude but I don't know if I can there's so much going on. I want an elk dammit.

I drink lots of water.

This is completely out of the ordinary.

Ever since January my health has taken a crash. I had "covid" then real bad.

Lymphnodes since 2019 have been swelling. Energy destroyed. I thought it was just age catching up to me or something but this is totally not normal.

Then I planned to clean out this garage today to work on my car that the engine basically just blew in and noticed a rash, right after hugging an old lady.

You just can't make this shit up ya know.

They gave me Prednisone at the urgent care and she was pretty adamant about furthering investigation of my neck lymphnodes.
