Inside temp never goes below 76 for more than few moments. If I turn it off, or open windows, etc... Massive cascade failure leading to inside temps of 85-95 lasting indefinitely... So only solution is to run AC.. Bill was $400. Cant imagine what it would be if I had an EV and an electric water heater to boot. And they threaten about watering, and electrical use... Buy a larger ac unit. Quoting: optics LOL. Not worth it considering the housing bubble... Is my 2bed 1 Bath house REALLY worth 600K? I had 3, sold one, and live in one... One generates all the money I need. The other was 200k turned into 600K, and Im living in one paid off similar.. Cali Reality is crazy insane. Once Im done here, and retire... Im taking the money and running...anywhere...because I literally can go anywhere except maybe SF or NYC and live better on less. Also I get paid a king's randsom here, so just vacuuming up the money as long as I can. The overhead (taxes) are starting to really be bad, so I dont expect to live here much longer. And zero debt, lots of investments, and yea...I did pretty well in the Crypto heydays... I want off this hamster wheel. Always remember these words: Work hard, study well, and eat and sleep plenty!
