Imagine that every level of your government has been captured by space aliens - congress, the senate, the president, judges, schools etc... etc..

Now try to imagine a strategy to deal such a situation.

Devolution is the statutory delegation of powers from the central government of a sovereign state to govern at a subnational level, such as a regional or local ...

the end goal is:

Yes the space aliens are still in charge of the government, but the government is now useless.

IMHO, I believe this was a key event kicking off whole process. In a nutshell, day after election Trump fired Pompeo and slipped Chris Miller in (even if only for a few wks due to administration transition), who in turn slipped in Ezra.

Ask yourself, why does Trump do this if it's only for a few wks before PedoJoe slips into stolen role?
