Less than 3 weeks till the General Assembly, and Russia's 56 member advance team has yet to receive a visa.

One of Russia's urgent objectives was to secure the biolabs. Not sure how many there were exactly, and how many they have secured so far. But the discovery of a letter to Turkey, asking about weaponizing drones for aerosol dispensing to a 300 km range is extremely troubling.

They presented evidence to the UN about 2 months ago on the biolabs.
