Breaking: Judge grants Trump request for review of Mar-a-Lago docs, freezes criminal probe

“As a function of Plaintiff’s former position as President of the United States, the stigma associated with the subject seizure is in a league of its own,” Cannon wrote. “A future indictment, based to any degree on property that ought to be returned, would result in reputational harm of a decidedly different order of magnitude.”

Cannon ordered that a third-party attorney, from outside the government, be brought in to review the materials that were taken from Trump’s home and resort in Florida. It also halts the Justice Department from continuing its review of the materials seized from Mar-a-Lago “pending completion of the special master’s review or further Court order.”

Master to review docs seized... well ok Judge, how about the 4 weeks that no overseer of the docs was allowed?... the fbi has only one direction- indict, convict and sentence DJT to remove any doubt he can/will run... all the while hunter goes on with his life with whores, coke, money laundering etc

1. Investigation enjoined. Never to be resumed if Repubs take control.

2. Special master must have high (Q-like?) security clearance and be verifiably objective. Look for Trump to nominate an unimpeachable General.

3. Said master can make anything public, with authority of court.

She recognized the harm already done to Trump.

Trump being granted a Special Master to review the Top Secret Classified Documents, that he stole, will just slow things down. It will not protect him from his crimes. He will still be Indicted.
