I’m still trying to figure it out but here’s where I’m at right now with my research because of questions I’ve had about why is King Solomon associated with magic, Why is Enoch mentioned so briefly in the OT when much more could have been said about such an amazing person.
Am thinking book of Enoch could have been taken from Egyptian records because the pyramid builders were fascinated with the afterlife, and the pyramid texts found in the pyramids outline the path the soul should take after leaving the body at death, whereas the Hebrews Bible is not interested in afterlife as it teaches the dead know nothing and feel nothing, no afterlife. Since book of Enoch goes into detail about the afterlife, it could be of Egyptian origin.

Enochian magick comes equating Enoch with Thoth and the magick found in the Emerald Tablets written by Thoth.

King Solomon - some historians believe he was actually the Egyptian king Shoshenq I and/or Shoshonq II as the Egyptians were in control of Canaan at the time Solomon was claimed to be king of Judah and how would the wealth of Solomon be possible with Egypt in control of the region. Would explain why Solomon is associated with magick as that’s very Egyptian.

A man loved YAH so much he was taken to be a part of a root system . He explained what he witnessed , though some thing are better understood in time.

not at all, i'm trying to find an historical name, which enoch is not; the name appears nowhere except the Genesis...perhaps one other place. perhaps Hammurabi and Enoch are one and the same.

but we do have historical law givers.

weren't the 'giants' measured in Cubits? I don't know what a cubit is...maybe i could answer that if their height is given in feet and inches. either way...they may have been giants in a different manner than the physical.

The book of enoch described the giants as the equivalent of 450 ft or 4500 ft tall.
