I'd rather have a small apartment built well so I don't hear people above and around me and then an apartment where they build it out of sticks and I can hear pounding and screaming all around me.
More likely it will be a small one that I can still hear everything because they build these things cheap as s***

Doesn't give you that homly feeling at all, you almost feel like you're living in a voluntary jail cell. No lie cities are voluntary prisons
