I'd rather have a small apartment built well so I don't hear people above and around me and then an apartment where they build it out of sticks and I can hear pounding and screaming all around me.
More likely it will be a small one that I can still hear everything because they build these things cheap as s***

Doesn't give you that homly feeling at all, you almost feel like you're living in a voluntary jail cell. No lie appliances you think you control, but do not Right. "smart residences". Look at how some places are controlling the a/c in homes now. Screw that. Want to have another "pandemic" and lock everyone down? Flash back to the pre-civid videos of China when it broke out over there and the way they locked down people in Shanghai this year.
