I used to spend time pouring my heart out into well thought out posts but the last few times I did, I’d get instantly banned when I hit post.

Do you know how frustrating that is? Now I don’t give a fuck anymore. I just shitpost anymore and don’t take this forum seriously.

That usually happens to me when I start laughing at your steam powered future of nuke kettles boiling water.

There are other ways to siphon the power you need other than spinning a copper web.

PRO TIP: Compose it and save it to your clipboard or something before you try to post if its important, this happens all the time. One word, name, or link that's on the GLP software no no list and it's gone.

Do you know how much of a pain in the ass doing all that on a phone and having to reset your IP multiple times to figure out what “bad word” you aren’t allowed to type is?

You had a word in your post that was not allowed by the word filter. Just hit your back key - or arrow back and it will take you back to your post. Unless you closed your browser you did not lose it.


Once you are back at your post look for the words that triggered the post to not post.

Your IP was banned.

Hit the back button in your browser and it'll pop back up.

You really need to put long winded posts in notepad or word before plunking them in here. That way you can avoid some frustrations.

Or you can just grunt and murmer one liners here, like I do most of the time.

Hit your back button twice until it goes back to the editor input box to attempt to recover most or all of your post and eliminate the offending word, link or phrase.

It might take several tries doing this to identify the exact word, phrase or link to remove it before your post is successful.

Good luck. Most members are aware of what the no no's are simply because this is precisely how they learned to identify them, themselves, to begin with.

You have to bastardize the English language just to mention a common internet tool that even dumbass bewmurz (another word that only GLP censors for some reason) just because we aren’t allowed to discuss it.

Only on GLP do common non-offensive words trigger a ban.

This site is more ban happy than fakebook or plebbit.

Copy, hit preview, look for changes in preview, if none found then hit post. If changes to text or links are found, edit them to something else and try again.
