The woman's actions are childish and in poor taste (like the strange color of her hair).

Whenever UK cops want to shut down public protest, or "free speech", they just roll out the old "public disorder" or "contributing to a breach of the peace" excuses.

this wasn't the funeral service. not at all--it was out in public on a street paid by taxpayer money. i get that it may be in poor taste, but, as far as a protest standpoint, it is when most eyes are wathing...

and, free speech and protest often hurt people's feelings. of course, the liberals want to ban hurting someone's feelings.

How about swearing in public and holding up placards with obscene words in front of the president? This had nothing to do with free speech. It was about behaving in a way that was a breach of the peace because it was DELIBERATELY meant to incite violence and general public disorder = you know - just like Antifa do when they pretend to exercise their right of free speech but end causing a riot.....

We know in authoritarian police states and quasi monarchies free speech and freedom, is inappropriate behavior, bad form, and not the done thing.
