Both times they had me sign some electronic docs. I always ask what I’m signing. First they give you something to sign saying they’re allowed to treat you…then they try to trick you into signing another doc that says if something goes wrong their liability is limited. Both times I refused to sign that limited liability document and the person said “okay” and I was still treated. |

That's the Obummer care hospital, it's where you go if you're impoverished and have to use ObummerCare. The rich people go to Centennial or Baptist. Candice has wealth. I don't see any scenario were she had to have the baby at St T. Her and her husband could have arranged for a birth at another hospital, home birth, and there are a number of birthing centers in the area, as well as Dumas. Not to mention all the local Doctors who would have done as she asked. So this seems a bit fishy to me. I want to know why they went to that Hospital of all the dozens in the area. Sounds like she was testing the waters there, at risk to her baby. She's lucky they asked her permission for anything. They often jab kids with a hep B vax within 24 hours. |

They have to have a court order, AMS, or behavorial issue for them to detain you. I watched all the RNs on this floor one night blocking this guy trying to leave telling him he has to have the doctor discharge him.. he said FUQ and they formed a red rover blockade preventing him from leaving. If we did that in EMS we could be charged with Kidnapping and lose our license. |
