The president does not control or set gas prices.

He should be impeached for this.

But for example, the president could give away a 3rd of our supply to China at cost to keep them from buying oil from Russia, per the globalist agenda.

Then our prices at the pump would start to increase until people freaked out, causing the president (and globalist cohorts) to stop giving China the freebie oil at our expense, this resulting in Russia massively increasing oil imports from Russia.
