Cover the sun itself and observe only the reflection on the water, there is no flicker.

Re: Lense Flare? Pulsing Sun
Using my degree in science and quantitative reasoning, I have to deduce that that has something to do with the camera in her phone trying to protect itself from the overwhelmingly bright light of the sun.

The only way to really see what the sun is doing with the naked eye, is to go to a place like Home Depot, walk into the tool department - welding supply section. Pick up a welder's lens, which will cost you under $10. Hold it up in front of you and look at the Sun. It will filter out the bright light, and you will be able to clearly see whatever is up there.

Come on man, a pulsating sun would make world wide news. it's obvious her phone is causing the flickering. it takes light 8mins or so to travel from the Sun to Earth, a flicker would be noticed the world over.

New International Version

25 “There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea. 26 People will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken.

Re: Lense Flare? Pulsing Sun
I've seen it pulse too ... not nearly that pronounced but enough to draw my attention to it

I assumed, at the time, and have no other explanation, that it was caused by the layers of aluminum that have accumulated in our lower atmosphere, over the decades of spraying ... that probably are radio-active now from being coated with barium and enhanced by FUshima ...

I blame just about everything wrong with our environment on geo-engineering ... aka weaponizing nature

it's fucking disgusting, and we all just ignore it

now that they have gotten the entire planet choaking in "smart-dust" no one can make a move (against them) without them knowing ... and with their AI god calling the shots in advance
and us being so predictable ... in our metro matrixes

is that what they are hiding in Anartica ...their global command center , guarded by their super-soldiers?

I'm so sick of being manipulated, be-gone and take your technology with you - Nature has warned you

Most of the general public aren’t observant enough and are simply too distracted to notice stuff like this.

I will link my thread showing all the public has missed over 8 years.

Also. I will be uploading my own video showing this. Plus an article from yesterday by NASA now claiming the sun is actually white and not yellow. As to sort of debunk the fact that many have noted it looks more white now as opposed to yellow.

Lots going on up there. There we will see the end of days light show

The sun has been yellow most of my life.

Can't say that I make a habit of staring at it these days.

If it's white...it wasn't before.

it's the phones auto exposure messing up. Now if there were reports of people seeing it like that with the naked eye... maybe.

I wasn’t going to post this until I saw this thread.

The stream here is flowing upward. But the flow was so non existent that it was as still as a mill pond.

You’ll see the sun pulsating or flashing. This has been noted by many over the recent years.

First time I’ve ever seen this.

What really caught my eye and made me suspicious enough to take this video. Was the ‘things’ sparks of light? That are shooting from the sun.

There used to be videos of people with the funky Nikon cameras that zoomed up close to the sun and were videoing debris shooting across in its near vicinity.

I’m an avid sky watcher. What I saw here was not the norm. Hence the video

These fucking screen tards live with their eyes permanently glued to their phones 24/7. It’s pathetic.

Hey Miss Organic Portal, look away from the screen at what you’re recording. It’s your phone’s camera, dummy. You know, the thing you’re not supposed to point directly at the sun.

Re: Lense Flare? Pulsing Sun
i suspect its only pulsing in the camera lens. It's probably the aperture freaking out at such bright light, closing down then opening until it's too bright then closing down again. If the sun were pulsing there'd be a million vids of it.

Most likely it would be reported by MSM, then some member of scientism would say that "it's rare but a perfectly normal phenomenon". Then go on to "we must booster the whole world to stop the climate emergency".

entirely normal camera exposure issue
for whoevers curious its just the reflections on leaves/water & the motion of those makes the camera think theres more light, causing CAMERA to pulsate back and forth autoadjusting exposure levels
