I feel that it is now time to leave my current role? I still need an income, however, change is in the air.

1. Will I have to relocate for my next role? Nearby or far?

2. Do I move to a new role staying in a similar sector?

3. Do I move to a role in a different sector?

3. Do I start a new business and only leave my current role when that becomes successful? If so, in which sector would I be the most successful?

4. How do I find the work that will make me the happiest?

You love to travel, work in travel industry, start out by working in Hotel in some paradise Island, then move on to creating your own little Hotel with a nice restaurant.

It is nice to receive feedback and a new perspective to consider, ultimately it will be me to chooses, actions and experiences the outcome that I have already chosen.

OP....u used the word "role" numerous times.. U working at Disney as a "Goofy character" or what...

Using the word role gives much insight into what u think your purpose in life is.. That being u have been brainwashed by tptb to accept "they" have chosen u a role to play in life.

No waY are u ready to staRt any kind of enterprise and quit your day job.

U need to wake up and claim your selfhood, stop playing the role u were programmed to play.

U are not moving or relocating.. Those thoughts of needing change have nothing to do with your job. It's an awakening coming upon you that's causing u to question why am I here and what is my purpose.

Don't live a role, live a life...

Career Reading for OP Mr. Z

I see a towering structure, building could be a government office, a school, a major firm, public duty, and a position that requires a great deal of responsibility. There is a divide between you and the other individuals that work with you. You have the sensation of being completely alone and isolated. You are a person who is a risk-taker. As soon as you master a new skill, you almost immediately develop new interests, and you begin to prioritize financial success. You don't have novelty in this company. The situation appears hopeless due to orders from the authorities. 

This will turn out to be a significant shift for you. You are going to have to let go of your illusions about the past, and the promises that the company made to you they are not going to come true. Your employment at the company is in jeopardy. The workplace is filled with a lot of aggressive behavior. I see cuts, layoffs, and downsizing due to official decisions.

A big change? Possibly could happen but may not be the best bet currently as I don't think that is the biggest issue you are facing. Other things need to be sorted out before you make any major life altering decisions.

My advice, call upon help from ArchAngel Michael.
Ask for guidance and assurance, you will get the help you need by dreams or signs and symbols. I promise, if you ask you will receive an answer, it is just up to you to interpret the answer for you. Free will is a bitch, but is needed to learn and become who you are supposed to be. Michael will let you know if you are on the right path for you. All it takes is asking to become a believer.

I think what you are seeking is less about a career/role change and more about a change within yourself as a whole. Mistrust, realization and repetition come to mind.

Trust yourself, take a leap and have a little faith. If that leap says to stay put for now, trust it!
