flu remedies. thanks for the tips
not for me, but for my woman.

vax free (obviously).

has slight fever and headache, sore throat.
no idea if it's the C or not, and won't bother testing for it.

have been giving vit C, D3, zinc and magnesium.

tea with lemon and honey.

and aspirin, and chicken soup.

any ideas what else?

is paracetimol better than asprin?

unfortunatley, can't get any horse paste or Hydroxychloroquine.

cheers cheers

Re: flu remedies. thanks for the tips
Add Elderberry and plenty of rest.
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear."
Marcus Tullius Cicero

i rarely use anything personally, and if really needed, take aspirin.
was wondering if anything might be better than aspirin to bring the fever down and help with her headache.
thanks.

on a side note, i knew parecetmol, ibuprofen, tylenol etc were terrible for the liver, which is why i never take them, and instead take aspirin is really needed.

however, the last time i went to buy aspirin (they sell them in packs of ten here for the ridiculous price of about $1 per pill!!!) the pharmacist was asking all sorts of questions about how often i take them, and that they are dangerous. she instead reccomended paracetemol lol i told her, no thanks.

I hear you!
Grape seed extract and propolis both incredible anti inflammatory... but quirky

olive leaf powder (aka extract) has fantastic phytochems including the one in cinchona bark which forms quinine
(similar to HCQ)

but my go-to involves vit c... powder, to bowel tolerance
get powder (not pills), shovel in 3 or 4 teapsoons (6000+)mg into some cordial.. gulp it down.

Drink a pint of water and wait near to the bathroom...

3% hydrogen peroxide poured into each ear in turn and lie with it in till it stops bubbling. This worked for me when i was pregnant with flu 5 years ago. I literally went to the chemist half dead for it and within a few hours i was feeling better. Get well soon wishes to your missis
